Roast the tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. They're peeling. Put in a pot, cover with water, salt, and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water in which they boiled and add it over the hardened vegetables. the boiled tomatoes are passed in a blender.
Finely chop the vegetables. Heat oil in a pot and add the vegetables. Heat a little, until soft.
Put a cup of water from the water in which they boiled the tomatoes. and continue to boil for a few more minutes.
Add the mashed tomatoes and fill with water depending on the consistency we want in the soup. Also now add a tablespoon of sugar, salt, pepper, spices and continue to boil.
Serve with fresh parsley.
