Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Let them boil for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients. We clean the eggplant and the zucchini, cut them into rounds and salt them. We set them aside.

Put in the robot the garlic, the bread soaked and squeezed with water, the minced meat, 2 eggs, paprika and salt to taste. We mix them well with the robot.

When the potatoes are half boiled, drain them, leave them to cool, then cut them into rounds. We wash the tomatoes and cut them, also the slices.

Grease a baking dish with butter and start placing the ingredients, but first turn on the oven. And place the first layer with eggplant slices. Then we put the potato slices over it. Form the meatballs from the meat mixture as for burgers and place them in the pan, follow the pumpkin slices, then the tomato slices and resume the process until we fill the tray. We place all the washers up. Pour over the broth, then the milk and bake at 190 degrees C for 50 minutes. After that, take the tray out of the oven and pour the cream with well-beaten eggs and a little salt on top. Leave in the oven until nicely browned.

It browned a little more for me, but the taste is bestial.

Good appetite!
