Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Let them boil for 15 minutes.

After that, take the tray out of the oven and pour the cream with well-beaten eggs and a little salt on top. Leave in the oven until nicely browned.

It browned a little more for me, but the taste is bestial.
