Apple and caramel cake like at home


For starters we clean the apples and wash them. We cut them in half and clean the inside.

We put a cup of sugar with the tip on the fire to caramelize. (I used an enameled pot that I put in the oven). Once the sugar has caramelized, grease the baking tray on the edges with the sugar. Then place the apple halves on the bottom of the pan / pot until the sugar cools and hardens.

Break 6 eggs and beat them with the 10 tablespoons of sugar then add the milk and pour over the apples. Put the tray in the oven and leave it over medium heat until the top is ready.

Top: separate the egg white from the remaining eggs. Beat the egg whites with the sugar together, then add the yolks and beat well. With a wooden spoon, add the flour until smooth.

Remove the tray from the oven and pour the top composition over. Carefully spread the top everywhere and then put it back in the oven until baking, about 50 minutes, depending on the oven.

Leave the cake in the pan until it cools completely. After it has cooled, place the cake tray on top of the tray and turn the tray upside down.

Prepare whipped cream according to the instructions and garnish with whipped cream, fruit, etc. to your heart's content.


Apple cake

Because I know you like & # 8220indraznete & # 8221 desserts too, I made an apple pie together with my girlfriend, Nadia. If you try the recipe, I am waiting for you with opinions. I'm really curious how it's going to turn out. Good appetite and maximum inspiration for decoration! :)


Ingredient:

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g sugar (for caramelization)
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • lemon peel
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 vial free of rum
  • 5-6 apples
  • 6-8 teaspoons magiun or cherry jam.
  • walnuts
  • about 600 g whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil.
  • 3 teaspoons sugar (for syrup)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The apples are cleaned and the stalks are removed. In the pan where you make the cake, put 150 g of sugar, which you caramelize and line the walls of the bowl with it. Put the peeled apples and the back inside and fill them with magiun and walnut kernels. You make the pandispan from as many eggs as you prefer (depending on the size of the pan). I chose to put 6 eggs in which I separated the egg white from the yolk. Beat the yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar, then pour the milk and oil. Sift the flour and gradually incorporate it so as not to make lumps. Add lemon peel, baking powder (sprinkle with a little lemon juice) and vanilla sugar. Separately beat the egg whites with a whisk or mixer. When the egg white becomes foam, add the rest of the sugar and beat until a hard foam is obtained, then incorporate this composition in the mixture with the yolks. Mix slowly with a wooden spatula until you get a homogeneous composition. The appearance must be aerated in order to grow beautifully. The pandispan obtained is added over the apples and then baked for about 40 minutes.

While the countertop is in the oven, prepare the syrup. Put on the fire a small pot with 1/2 cup of water in which you mix 3 teaspoons of sugar and rum essence. Leave to cool.

After the top is baked, leave it to cool and after it has cooled well, syrup it using a spoon with which you practically pour the syrup into the pot. Leave it for about 25 minutes for the syrup to penetrate well on the counter. In the meantime you can make whipped cream. Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar with the mixer and if you want you can also add whipped cream hardener. We like it more raw, so we leave it natural! :)

Then turn the top on a plate and decorate it with lots of natural whipped cream.

This cupcake recipe is the simplest possible, that is, simply put all the ingredients in a bowl and froth with the mixer. The texture is fine and creamy, however, as I said above, if you put the cakes in the fridge, they will harden and become crumbly.
The obtained composition is distributed in silicone baskets. I got 10 pieces of marijuana. Apple and caramel cake like at home - Recipes


In the style we are used to, I offer you a delicious cake, a very pleasant contrast of flavors, which is also very easy to prepare. We usually buy quite a lot of apples and it always happens that there are a few stray ones left in the house, which no one wants to eat anymore, because they don't even have a commercial face anymore. Then I use them to make cakes in different combinations. I like apples - any apple cake in fact - but also caramel, so this combination seemed more than appropriate.
We need:
1. 1 kg mere
2. 2 cups sugar
3. 200 g margarine
4. 6-7 eggs (I used 7 because they were smaller)
5. 1 cup flour
6. 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
7. 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional, because I, for example, did not have)
8. lemon peel.
We proceed as follows:
- peel the apples and pips, then cut them in halves or quarters

- put a thicker saucepan on low heat and melt 1 cup of sugar after the sugar has melted, add diced caramel margarine over the caramel and mix until everything melts and a sauce results:

- we make cake top thus: we separate the eggs and beat the egg whites very well with the sugar. Dissolve the yolks with 6-7 tablespoons of water (how many eggs do we use) and add them over the egg whites. Add the sifted flour in the rain, mixing with light movements, from the bottom up

- in a pan greased and lined with flour or baking paper, pour a little caramel sauce, then place the chopped apples and walnuts, and over them pour all the remaining caramel sauce

- place the composition on the counter over the apples and put the cake in the oven for 45-55 minutes, on low heat

- take the cake out of the oven, leave it to cool, then turn it over on a plate and take out the baking paper

- let the cake cool very well, then cover it with whipped cream and decorate it according to your imagination. I guarantee that a fine, fluffy cake comes out, a happy combination between the sour taste of apples, sweet caramel and rich cream. It can also be used as an apple cake, but the top must be syruped (with fruit juice or water syrup, sugar and lemon). It is divine!
