Appetizer sandwiches, baked
I only made 5 sandwiches, because so many fit in a smaller tray and because I had ingredients left in the fridge and they were fixed for 5 sandwiches.
First grease the tray with butter, or line it with baking paper.
The slices of bread that we will place at the base, we spread them with the fluffy cheese from Delaco, then we place them in the tray, side by side, with the spread side up.
We thus make the outlet with the ingredients that we place on top.
Place the slices of bread, the slices of pressed ham, the slices of salami and the julienned pepper, then the slices of cheese and cover with the rest of the slices of bread.
The cheese will melt during the heat treatment and will thus stick the ingredients in the sandwiches.
Mix eggs with sour cream, add salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the sandwiches in the pan.
Place basil leaves in place and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the sandwiches are nicely au gratin.
They are hard to cut into small cubes and served as appetizers, even at a holiday table, or cut into triangles and packaged.
May it be useful to you!
These baked sandwiches are very good and can be served both hot and cold, especially since they can be packaged at school or at work. On days when we are free and lazy more in the morning but still want to indulge in something tasty, this sandwich is the perfect solution. Plus it cooks very quickly and tastes delicious. For this recipe we need a few ingredients and as you will see in the following steps it is very easy to prepare. It is important to have all the ingredients purchased in advance. I chose to use turkey ham but you can use any ham you prefer. Also, bread can be chosen at will, such as: wholemeal, white, with seeds, with rye, etc. However, I advise you to choose toast for a better taste and crunchy texture. As for vegetables, you can choose your favorite vegetables. So I urge you to prepare this sandwich in the oven when you want something quick and filling.

Do you like kebab sticks ?! No problem now you can make them at home and they last very little, the ingredients being available to anyone, so all you need is courage and get to work.
They are soft and fluffy, great for any sandwich, hummus or to serve as such for any dish.
I make them when I have steak left in the fridge as it was and now it's Easter when one of my grandchildren doesn't eat lamb and I prepared chicken breast, but it seems that it didn't stick too hard to it either.
Stay together for the list of ingredients and how to prepare it, or the result will be to the liking of each member of the family, especially since they are fresh and homemade.
