1 kg flour,
1 teaspoon salt
50 g fresh yeast,
500 ml of milk,
350 g sugar,
150 ml oil,
250 g ground walnuts,
3 egg whites,

3 tablespoons milk,
3 tablespoons sugar,
1 tablespoon milk,
Step 1: In a larger bowl sift the flour with salt.
Boil the milk with the sugar and mix until all the sugar has melted.
In a smaller bowl mix the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of flour and 50 ml of lukewarm milk (take from the 500 ml boiled).
Beat well with a mixer the 3 whole eggs with the 3 yolks.
When the milk boils, add it to the sifted flour, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon.
