First I washed the strawberries, drained them on a napkin and then cut them. I prepared a tray (16/22 cm) with baking paper and placed the cut strawberries, then I sprinkled the vanilla sugar over them. I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. I mixed the egg yolks with the sugar well until the sugar melted, then I added the envelope of chocolate ole creams and at the end the beaten egg whites, taking care to mix from the bottom up. with slow movements. I placed the top over the strawberries and put the tray in the preheated oven, about 20-25 min. Check with the toothpick if it is ready. I took out the tray and turned it over on a plate, I let it cool then I cut into 12 pieces.

Cream: I beat the cream well until it hardened and then I added the sachet of vanilla oil creams and condensed milk, because it was very consistent, I added about 100 ml of milk. I put the cream in a posh and I decorated each piece of cake, at the end I put the strawberry pieces over the cream.
