Fruit tart


Rock:

Beat eggs hard foam, gradually adding sugar, then add flour, stirring lightly with a spoon. Pour the mixture into a tray and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Cream:

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk and flour, bring to the right heat until boiling and begin to thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla essence and a cube of butter.

Garnish with fruit after the cream has cooled, then pour the gelatin.
