  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds
  • 3—4 cups frisee, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 apple, cored, thinly sliced

Recipe Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Toast hazelnuts on a small rimmed baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and slightly darkened in color, 6–8 minutes. Let cool; coarsely chop.

  • Toss frisee, potatoes, and apple with mustard dressing; top with toasted hazelnuts.
